Standard hire is for one day/evening. We deliver, set up, and collect the morning after your event. However longer durations can be bookked at check out.

Yes, but there are limitations. They should not be exposed to prolonged persistent rain (to ensure they remain in good condition.) Wind is a big factor externally and in highly exposed areas they are not recommended. The final factor is externally, standing surfaces (i.e. lawns) can be very uneven and the letters do need flat/stable surfaces.

Yes. We provide a fully inclusive service. PLEASE NOTE: Collections are usually next day and you should check with your venue that they are ok with this arrangmenent. We do only collect same day after evening events by special arrangment.

As long as possible! We do cater for last minute bookings but cannot guarantee availability. We also don’t hold bookings unless we have had a holding deposit.

Our letters are LOW VOLTAGE but are powered by a power supply that plugs into a single regular power outlet. There is an option for battery powered but this is by special arrangement and at extra cost.
